OUR SUPPORT WORKERS
Our support workers are fully trained and qualified. They hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care. Our operatives then undergo further training in their specialist field;
- CPI Safety Intervention Training, previously known as MAPA Training
- Enhanced DBS checks
- Other training we deem necessary in order to complete daily tasks effectively.
