Bull Care Services Ltd have a number of safe and secure provisions available for 28-day crisis support for 11-16-year-olds. Although we specialise in short-term respite management, we can extend this to long-term support if necessary.

Respite support management is geared towards providing a safe and stable environment for young people who struggle with the environment around them. Our service provides support to young people on a 2:1 ratio for young people in need of respite support.

Each young person has a programme designed for them to monitor their development. We offer a rapid-response, reactive service for children and young people. Our emergency service means that young people are kept safe. We are conscious that in some scenarios, young people are at risk of harming themselves or others around them so we aim to react within 1 hour - 24 hours, 7 days a week.

WHAT DOES OUR PLACEMENT PROGRAMME INCLUDE?

• A safe and stabilising short-term residential unit.
• 2:1 support ratio, in some cases 3:1 support ratio
• Academic services, school placements or one-to-one tuition

We work closely with local authorities. By completing an in-depth assessment of each young person, we are able to set realistic goals and expectations for their needs and development.

Our knowledge and experience at Bull Care Services help us in providing the right solution to support children and young people.

Our services deliver a bridge to lower-intensity services, such as moving to our therapeutic communities or a solo fostering placement with intensive support services.
